  • Minimum 3 hours per session. Bookings outside of normal business hours are at our discretion. All studios have a 3 hour minimum. Additional hour/s will incur additional fee.
  • Booking – reservation only. We require a credit card when making a reservation.
  • How far in advance to book a room? You can always try calling the “day of” to book a studio, however, bookings are done on a “first come, first served” basis. To guarantee the best time that is most convenient for you, call at least 3 or 4 days in advance.
  • Cancellation. “24-hour lock down confirmation time zone”. Booking is a commitment. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Otherwise, it is assumed that you are coming, and/or paying for your time. If you'd like to inform us that you absolutely cannot make your appointment, that's alright. But please be aware that it is still your responsibility to pay for your cancelled appointment. Late cancellation fee is $50. NO EXCEPTIONS. Sound Loft reserves the right to charge for cancellations made within less than 24 hours of time booked.
  • Payment accepted | Cash, Debit, MC, VISA. Payment is due prior to your rehearsal otherwise you will be denied access.
  • If you are not satisfied with the space or sound, you need to notify the staff right away . The staff will assist you and will do everything possible to get it right for you.
  • If you want to extend your time beyond the minimum 3 hour time booked, please ask the staff. It will be up to the discretion of the staff on duty at that time. However, if you are running overtime and we have other bands booked, your request will be denied. If you delay your start time in the room, you will not be guaranteed any “over time” at the end of your rehearsal.

 “Sound Loft is an excellent practice space, rooms are well equipped and include the PA and drum kit which is excellent. Rentals etc are also available if you need them. I would continue to use them to get an excellent space in which to practice. The sound proofing and equipment are really excellent. There isn't much that you need to do (even down to providing an input cable for MP3 players already attached to the mixing board, that was excellent!).
